The words of that Scripture resonate in my heart and mind every single day. When you help someone less fortunate and reach outside your comfort zone to bless someone that is in need, the Bible says that it is like doing it to Jesus Himself. This is not something that we should ever take lightly, because our Lord wants to bring healing to the sick, encouragement to the depressed, hope to the lost and give love to those who feel unlovable.
So many of you have been the hands and feet of Jesus to young mothers and their unborn children that will be coming to the Sanctuary of Hope. I want to thank you for actively supporting the Sanctuary of Hope with your prayer and finances. We could not do this without you!
The Sanctuary of Hope project may very well be one of my last, but I give God all the glory for the many lives it will forever change, for the Kingdom message that will be delivered to countless children and for the blessing that these children and their mothers will be to those whose lives will be forever touched by a place called the Sanctuary of Hope.
Today, I want to take a moment to give you a quick update.
Life through the eyes of a child is beautiful and limitless. It is only as we all get older that we, unfortunately, lose that sense of hope and wonder. The Sanctuary of Hope is a safe haven for young women to find a personal and real encounter with their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. These young women may be coming from backgrounds that have crushed their spirits and told them that their dreams will never be realized because they are worthless. We are here to tell them that with God...ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.
The Sanctuary of Hope has been several years in the making and God has certainly moved mountains for us. We have recently been through three separate inspections by the state for licensing, because we want this facility to be something of excellence that will draw men and women to Christ, that will change lives, that will educate young children and that will give the young mothers who come to call this place home a sense of true love, acceptance, and belonging.
If you have ever built a home, you have a bit of an idea what inspections are like. Let me assure you, when you are bringing young ladies into a home in today’s society, the licensing and inspection process becomes very detailed. Nothing moves quickly. The three licenses that we just completed took 60 days each, but when God is on your side the mission is accomplished.
Don’t let anyone ever tell you that you can’t do something. When God gives you the vision, write it down...because it will come to pass!
We are moving full steam ahead with the Sanctuary of Hope, to the glory of God the Father! I want to thank each of you who have helped us realize this amazing dream through your unwavering prayers and consistent financial gifts. But our journey is just beginning. As we begin the process of taking these young unwed mothers into the program in the coming months, our need for your support continues.
I have always told my children... Love is Not What You Say; Love is What You Do.
Anyone can be an armchair quarterback, but rolling up your sleeves and getting in the trenches is what makes the difference in someone else’s life. Thank you for being in the trenches with us. Your partnership is making an eternal impact in the lives of people all around the world. It is what will make the love ofJesus Christ come alive in the hearts of the women and children that call the Sanctuary of Hope...HOME.
There is no greater cause than to care for our children. But if our children start their lives in a place of brokenness without finding the love of a Savior, what have we accomplished? We must continue to do all we can to help those that are less fortunate with every breath that we have left on this earth. Will you join me in sharing the hope that can only be found in Jesus Christ? Will you be the hands and feet of Jesus to these women and children? When you support Hagee Ministries, you are helping them cultivate a true and meaningful relationship with the King of kings and Lord of all lords.
Please prayerfully consider what you can do for the Sanctuary of Hope, and please continue to lift this project up in your prayers. We know that the doors are going to be opening very soon and our best days are just before us.
We are thankful that God has His hand on this project, and we are so grateful to you for your heart and your love for others. Thank you in advance for all you are doing to make this ministry possible and impact the lives of these mothers and children.
