Pastor John C. Hagee is the founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, a non-denominational evangelical church with over 25,000 active members. Pastor Hagee has dedicated 67 years to serving the Lord in gospel ministry.
Pastor Hagee earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Nelson University in Waxahachie, Texas, previously known as Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He also holds a second Bachelor of Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He obtained his Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Additionally, he has received honorary doctorates from Oral Roberts University, Canada Christian College, and Netanya Academic College of Israel.
He is also the founder of Hagee Ministries, which broadcasts his sermons and teachings worldwide. Since 1981, Hagee Ministries has donated over $130 million to humanitarian causes in Israel.
In 1993, Pastor Hagee established Cornerstone Christian Schools, a Bible-based, state-of-the-art campus that educates more than 2,300 students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Additionally, Pastor Hagee founded the Sanctuary of Hope. This beautiful 85-acre complex provides courageous young mothers and their children with the invaluable choice of life and the tools needed to achieve a limitless and prosperous future.
Pastor Hagee serves as the National Chairman of Christians United for Israel (CUFI), an organization he founded in 2006. This grassroots movement has grown to become the largest Christian pro-Israel group in the United States, with over 10 million members who stand united as one voice on behalf of Israel and the Jewish people.
On its 70th anniversary, Israel recognized Pastor John Hagee as one of its 70 most influential allies since statehood. That same year, Ambassador David Friedman invited him to deliver the benediction at the dedication of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem.
Pastor Hagee has authored over 80 books, seven of which have appeared on the New York Times Best Sellers List.
Pastor Hagee and his wife, Diana, have five children and thirteen grandchildren.
