Between the Rock and a Hard Place

Jesus warned us that in this life there will be trouble. There will be hard places. Sometimes hard places come against you by themselves, sometimes all at once. They don’t always hit us at convenient times. David knew something about hard places. He fought and won 18 major battles by the time he was an older man. Many asked David how he did it. His response is found in Psalm 18 where he thanks God for delivering him from his enemies. Life will take you through hard places, but the Lord is the rock of your salvation!
